US President Donald Trump said he would “likely” be tested for Coronavirus “fairly soon” after having contact with several people who tested positive for the virus.

“I think I will be” Trump said at a press conference on Friday in which he declared a national emergency.

Trump was pictured near a Brazilian official who tested positive after visiting the president’s Mar-a-Lago resort last weekend and was also in contact with several GOP lawmakers who were under self-quarantine.

“Fairly soon, we’re working on that, we’re working out a schedule,” Trump said, adding that it was not a result of his potential exposure “but because I think I will do it anyway.”
